Chicken & Asparagus Quiche

This quiche is perfect for brunch or a holiday breakfast.

Ingredients

CRUST

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup  Butter

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

2 tablespoons cold water

FILLING

8 ounces (2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded cooked chicken

6 slices crisply cooked bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces

1/4 pound fresh asparagus

1/2 cups  Half & Half

4 large  Eggs, slightly beaten

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper
