How to make
- STEP 1
Cook ground beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 5-8 minutes or until browned. Drain off fat.
- STEP 2
Stir in rice, water, tomatoes and salt. Continue cooking 5-6 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes or until rice is tender.
- STEP 3
Stir in cheese; sprinkle with tortilla chips.
