Using deli ingredients and Caesar salad greens speed the preparation of this salad.
1 (7.5-ounce) package refrigerated Caesar salad blend with dressing, croutons and Parmesan cheese
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli Italian roast beef, cut into strips
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Italian Blend, cut into strips
4 Roma tomatoes, sliced
3 thin slices red onion, cut in half, if desired
1/3 cup pitted kalamata or ripe olives
How to make

Combine all ingredients except croutons, dressing and Parmesan cheese in bowl; toss lightly.
- STEP 2
Add dressing and Parmesan cheese, just before serving; toss to coat. Sprinkle with croutons.
